Have family bonding time with GameOn Nila! HOLIYAY!

GameOn Nila! is a gamification function in the ActiveSG mobile app that encourages members to stay active while exploring Singapore through various trails offered, from heritage trails to community trails, there is something for everyone.

GameOn Nila! is suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level and great for the ultimate bonding experience with family and friends. Level up and gain Active Points to ballot for attractive prizes, or complete challenges to be entitled to draw chances!

CHIONG AH! 2023: Foodie Quest (from 1 May to 30 June 2023)

CHIONG AH! is back for its second edition. Join Denni, NNI Fund Ambassador, for a foodie quest around our sunny island - clock in steps, get active, soak in the sunshine and better still, discover fun facts about our local flavours and interesting local food spots! NNI is the national and regional specialist centre, serving close to 80% of Singapore’s patients suffering from neurological diseases. Foodie Quest is to promote their efforts, visit give.asia/ccr23od to find out more on their efforts or donate to support patients with dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and other disabling brain, nerve, muscle and spine conditions and other unmet needs.

Our Family Trail - In support of National Family Week 2023 (from 1 June to 30 June 2023)

Our Family Trail brings families around Singapore to experience a fantastic line up of activities during the June school holidays! For a start, mark your calendar to celebrate National Family Week (NFW) 2023 with Families for Life (FFL) from 3 to 11 June! Gather your extended families and spend family time at NFW anchor events at Bukit Canberra, HomeTeamNS Khatib, Lot One Shoppers' Mall, Our Tampines Hub, SAFRA Punggol and Gardens by the Bay.

Highlights include sports try-outs, i'mable Gift Market by SG Enable, new Becky Bunny's bouncy castles, family challenges, and more - families of all ages will surely find something they enjoy!

A Pair of Bird Paradise Tickets To qualify for the prize, players will have to scan all 6 locations from the CHIONG AH! 2023: Foodie Quest (from 1 May to 30 June) to be eligible.

Once the above is met, you will be eligible for the prize. Players can continue to put in more ballot points, the more ballot points the higher the chance of winning.
NNI Fund Exclusive Merchandise (Tote bag, L.E. set of surgeon bears, Notebook, ‘One Heart One Mind’ cookbook) You do not need to ballot for this. To qualify for the prize, players will have to scan all 6 locations from the CHIONG AH! 2023: Foodie Quest (from 1 May to 30 June) to be eligible for 1 draw chance.
$10 Lendlease e-Gift Voucher To qualify for the prize, players will have to scan 10 different locations from any NHB Heritage Trails (from 1 May to 30 June) to be eligible.
 
Once the above is met, you will be eligible for the prize. First come first serve basis upon completion and limited to 1 player redemption only. Any other Active Points input will be forfeited.

You start accumulating stars simply by doing any one of the following activities:

GENERAL

What do I need to participate in the events for GameOn Nila?

Participants will have to download the ActiveSG mobile application and sign up as an ActiveSG member to access the game.

Where is GameOn Nila?

You can access GameOn Nila! Campaigns by tapping on the Challenge icon in the mobile application.

Campaign Details

Before you join a campaign, you view the Campaign period/dates, categories and description on the Campaign Details Page. After joining the campaign, you can view he prizes, activities and steps.

How to join GameOn Nila! Campaign as an Individual?

Tap on the Campaign card on the Challenge page to select the Campaign. Tap on the 'Join' button at the bottom of the Campaign Details page.

How to join GameOn Nila Campaign as a Team?

If you have already joined an Individual Campaign, you can join the GameOn Nila Team Campaign as well by tapping on 'Create a Team' button at the Campaign Team Details page. If you have not joined the GameOn Nila Individual Campaign, you can join the Team Campaign right away by tapping on the Campaign card on the Challenge page. Tap on the 'Join' button of the Campaign Details page after you have selected a Campaign.

How to add a Team member?

Send an invite to your team member's mobile number to add a team member. Once you have sent the invite, the potential team member can choose to accept or reject your invitation. While awaiting for the potential team member's reply, you will see a 'Pending' status. If the potential team member is not an ActiveSg user, he/she must register to ActiveSG in order to respond to the invite.

How to delete a pending Team member?

You can delete an invite that is sent out by tapping on the 'X' shown next to the potential team member's name on the Leaderboard.

How do I know if my invite has been accepted?

If your invitation is accepted, you will not see a 'Pending' status anymore. If your invitation is rejected you will see a 'Declined' status shown.

What is the maximum number of members allowed in a Team?

The maximum number of members in a team is 4, including the Team Leader. If you are the Team Leader, you will only be able to add up to 3 members in your team.

How to play GameOn Nila Campaign?

You can play and compete with other individuals or teams by participating in the steps and activities which will earn you Active Points that will bring you closer to winning prizes.

What are Active Points?

As an Individual or a Team member, you will be awarded Active Points based on the steps and activity goals you have achieved after joining a GameOn Nila Campaign. With the Active Points earned, you can ballot for attractive prizes in the rewards page.

I scanned 1 QR location today but the app says I have "Completed" the trail. Why?

There is a technical error within the app. Please kindly disregard the status. Do note that the system will only capture what you have successfully scanned, and this is denoted in the "tick" checkmark upon successful scan.

My scans from yesterday have disappeared even though I have scanned the QR locations yesterday. Why?

Do note that the system will only capture what you have successfully scanned, and this is denoted in the "tick" checkmark upon successful scan. Kindly note that the system will refresh everyday at 2359hrs-0000hrs. This is to allow multiple scans during the campaign period.

Do I have to complete the trail within a day?

No, you can stretch across your scans during the campaign period. Scans are refreshed daily to allow multiple scans during the campaign period. Please ensure you have done your successful scan which is denoted in the "tick" checkmark.

How to level up?

As an Individual or a Team member, you can level up by achieving the minimum requirement of steps and activity goals for a certain level. By doing so, you will be awarded with Activity Points and will progress on to the next level.

How to earn stars?

As an Individual or a Team member, you can earn stars by completing different Activity goals that are stated under the 3 categories namely - ActiveSG, ActiveWallet and Places of Interest. The combination of steps and stars achieved will then be converted to Active Points.

How to sync your steps?

You can sync your steps by setting up your health tracker to ActiveSG. You can tap on the settings icon on the top-right corner of Challenge Pass to access the Manage Tracker page.

How to ballot for prizes?

1. Tap on the Gift Box icon to view available prizes
Note: All prize images are for illustration purposes.

2. To be eligible for prizes, participant must attempt the challenge with its details indicated in the prize description. Winners will be determined through balloting. The higher the number of Active Points balloted for the prize the higher the chances. You can ballot in any combination.

3. If you join a team, your team will automatically ballot for the team prize when you level up!
Note: Currently there are no team prizes for this campaign.

Winners will be notified after February 2023 via your registered email or mobile. Please ensure the information is updated and correct on your profile.

I came across a technical issue, I cannot scan the QR Code in the app. What should I do?

For iPhone and Android users, please ensure your Location Services is turned on in the phone. If an error still appears, please visit https://facebook.com/gameonnila Facebook Page and kindly drop a DM in the message inbox. The team will respond to you within 3 working days.
