GetActive! Singapore

GetActive! Singapore (GASG) builds on the legacy of the 28th SEA Games and the 8th ASEAN Para Games hosted in Singapore in 2015. It comprises a month-long series of sport festivals, ground-up sport initiatives, and competitions. Held in the lead-up to Singapore’s National Day, GASG aims to rally Singaporeans together to celebrate National Day through sport. In this SG60 milestone year, the celebration takes on added meaning as we honour six decades of nationhood by embracing the unifying power of sport to reflect on our shared past, celebrate our present, and look forward to a more active and connected future.

Active Kid

Active Kid - for Primary & SPED Schools

Active Kid is a vibrant series of movement-based experiences designed to get students active, engaged, and excited to participate in and celebrate National Day. Through fun and interactive activities hosted on the Student Learning Space (SLS), students build confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for active living.

A GetActive! Singapore souvenir awaits every participating student, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Active Teen - for Secondary Schools, JCs & MI

Active Teen is a progressive series of movement-based experiences designed to engage youth and celebrate National Day through dynamic, challenge-driven activities. Through fun and interactive activities hosted on the Student Learning Space (SLS), students build confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for active living.

A GetActive! Singapore souvenir awaits every participating student, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dance of the nation

Serve to Lead - Dance of the Nation

Empower your students to become motivators as they learn to serve and lead their peers in the Dance of the Nation workout, within your school or in collaboration with other schools and community partners.

Schools may request an ActiveSG representative to co-lead the Dance of the Nation on stage alongside trained student motivators, subject to availability.
