GetActive! Singapore

GetActive! Singapore (GASG) builds on the legacy of the 28th SEA Games and the 8th ASEAN Para Games hosted in Singapore in 2015. It comprises a month-long series of sport festivals, ground-up sport initiatives, and competitions. Held in the lead-up to Singapore’s National Day, GASG aims to rally Singaporeans together to celebrate National Day through sport. In this SG60 milestone year, the celebration takes on added meaning as we honour six decades of nationhood by embracing the unifying power of sport to reflect on our shared past, celebrate our present, and look forward to a more active and connected future.

Activities

Active Kid - for Primary & SPED Schools

Active Kid is a series of activities for primary school & SPED school students to build healthy habits and lead an active lifestyle.

Our value partners for curating/enhancing these activities:

Primary School version: Bedok Green Primary School
SPED School version: AWWA School @Napiri, St. Andrew's Autism School, Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore School (East)

Active Teen - for Secondary Schools, JCs & MI

Active Teen is a series of activities for secondary school, JC and MI students to build healthy habits and lead an active lifestyle.

Special thanks to Kent Ridge Secondary School for curating these activities.

Fun Play

Energize your students through dynamic and engaging activities below as an exciting way for your students to embrace an active lifestyle:

Fitness workout (e.g. Zumba, KPopX)
Low impact exercises (e.g. Yoga Stretch, Yoga Basic)

Serve to Lead - Dance of the Nation

Empower your students to be motivators as they learn to serve and lead their peers in the Dance of the Nation workout within your school or in collaboration with other schools / community partners.

Schools have the option to request for ActiveSG rep to co-lead the Dance of the Nation on stage with students who have attended the training, subjected to availability.

Serve to Lead - Pesta Sukan

Join us in nurturing a culture of active citizenship and community spirit through sport. By signing up as volunteers, schools can empower students and staff to contribute meaningfully to national events, foster teamwork, and gain valuable experience. Be part of a united effort to support Singapore's vibrant sporting scene!
