Coaches serve as a key role model and are instrumental in nurturing the children and youth in our academies and strengthening both their characters and sporting skills.
Join us as a coach in ActiveSG Academies and Clubs (A&Cs) – A closely knitted coaching community with an emphasis on coach development and building a learning culture.
The Singapore Sports Council (rebranded as “Sport Singapore” or SportSG with effect from 1 April 2014) invites interested Contractors/Coaches to submit a Tender for the Provision Of Assistant Coach Services for Sport Development Group for a firm period up to 31 March 2028.
Interested Contractor/Coach is required to sign up in GeBIZ via this link: GeBIZ | Sign Up (https://www.gebiz.gov.sg/ptn/gtpregistration/signup.xhtml ). Once he/she is registered in GeBIZ, he/she can download the Tender Documents from GeBIZ by searching the Invitation To Tender No.: SSC000ETT22000021
The Contractor/Coach is required to fulfil the following Criteria. All submissions will be evaluated, and the successful Contractor/Coach will be contacted.
1. CRITICAL CRITERIA
Non-compliance with any of the critical criteria will preclude the Tender Proposal from further evaluation by SportSG:
1.1 Debarment Status
The Tenderer shall not be debarred on or after the closing date of the tender by the Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of Finance, from participating in public sector tenders.
1.2 Compliance with Components of Invitation to Tender (ITT)
Tender Proposal shall comply fully with the terms and conditions set out in the Instructions to Tenderers, the Conditions of Contract and the Form of Tender.
1.3 Possession of NROC Membership, Coaching Qualifications and Experience
The Tenderer shall minimally possess the following:
(a) a provisional NROC membership comprising the following:- Valid Standard First Aid (SFA) Certificate
- Values and Principles in Sport (VPS) Certificate or its equivalent
- Safe Sport Certification by CoachSG
2. OTHER CRITERIA
The Tender Proposal which has fulfilled the critical criteria will be further evaluated based on the other criteria listed below:
(a) Conformance to the Requirement Specifications
(b) Tenderer shall possess related skills and experience in coaching and nurturing children and youth programme.
