The ActiveSG Para Sport Academy (PSA) was launched in March 2022 as an initiative to provide more opportunities for para sport participation and development. As an extension of ActiveSG Academies & Clubs (A&Cs), PSA integrates social awareness and sports to promote an inclusive sporting society, and provide regular, structured training by qualified coaches.
PSA also work with the NSAs to provide sport competitions as well as engagement for stakeholders (parents, coaches, partners and the public). Together with our partners, aspiring para-athletes will benefit from a pathway spanning from FMS and recreational participation to high-performance sport. Currently, PSA offers 10 sports including Para Athletics and Para Swimming.
