⏱ Head to the ActiveSG Academies & Clubs booth and take on a ‘Minute to Win It’ sport challenge — then score a spin at the Gachapon for surprise sport collectibles to take home.
🍎 Drop by the Active Health booth to snack smarter through nutrition board games that teach the whole family what fuels your bodies best — guided by our Active Health coaches and nutritionists.

MULTI-SPORT CHALLENGE
READY, SET, TEAM UP!
Shared play builds stronger bonds — so here’s your chance to turn every move into a meaningful moment.
At the Multi-Sport Challenge, brought to you by ActiveSG Academies & Clubs, you and your child will team up to tackle a fast-paced sport circuit featuring five exciting stations: Athletics, Basketball, Football, Hockey, and Tennis.
Whether you're passing, sprinting, or cheering each other on, every station is a chance to connect, grow, and play — together.
- Preschool (5-6 years)
- Lower Primary (7–9 years)
- Upper Primary (10–12 years)
Team up, take on the circuit, and complete it together — because every shared effort builds trust, teamwork, and treasured memories. To keep the fun going, you might even walk away with prizes like vouchers or tickets to upcoming sport events!
🏅 The Top 3 parent-child pairs in each age group will be selected by ballot every half-day — so bring your A-game, cheer each other on, and give it your best shot!

HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW YOUR BODY?
Step into the AHrena and take on a fun, 5-part fitness quest designed to test your agility, balance, strength, and more — with benchmarks set by real Team Singapore athletes.
Whether you’re jumping for power or pedaling for distance, every station gives you a snapshot of how your body moves, plays, and recovers. With insights from Active Health coaches, you’ll learn how your family’s fitness powers your play, every day.
So bring the fam, break a little sweat, and bond over something better than screen time: your shared well-being.
ACTIVE HEALTH MAP YOUR MOVE!
FIRED UP FOR FUN
In this 30-minute session, families will stretch, squat, and have fun through various exercises — designed to boost bonding while building strength, balance, and flexibility.
Think of it as quality time, powered by movement. Sessions run twice daily, so come get your body (and bonds) energized.
