Haze Advisory (as of 17 Oct, 12am)

Due to the evolving haze situation, SportSG has implemented precautionary measures to safeguard the well-being of our facility users.

All ActiveSG sport facilities will resume operations on 17 October 2026, according to their respective operating hours.

Visitors are advised to monitor prevailing air quality conditions and adjust their activities accordingly. Vulnerable groups, including seniors, children and individuals with existing health conditions, are encouraged to exercise extra caution when participating in outdoor activities.

SportSG will continue to monitor the haze situation closely and adjust operations where necessary.

No Onselling Campaign

ActiveSG members are reminded NOT TO use bots to book facilities on our platforms, nor engage in onselling, subletting or assignment of booked slots, or any part of it (this includes letting others play for a fee).

Definitions

  • Onselling - selling your booked slot to another party
  • Subletting - leasing out part of or all of your booked slot to another party
  • Assignment - transferring the use of your booked slot to another party

With effect from 15 July 2026, advertising of any bookings or inciting others to onsell over social platforms also constitutes infringements of our Terms of Use.

Use of automated software scripts (bots) to book facilities on our platforms is also prohibited.

Exploitation of our booking system, onselling, subletting and assignment of slots are infringements of ActiveSG’s Terms of Use. We will exercise our rights to cancel all bookings and suspend the account of any member who has been found doing so. There will be no refund of booking fees for cancellations under such circumstances.

Suspension period will last up to 6 months for the first-time violators and a second infringement will result in permanent termination of your account. This policy is effective from 1 July 2023.

SportSG is committed to keep the booking system fair, transparent and affordable to all ActiveSG members. We seek your cooperation to not purchase from onsellers of ActiveSG facility slots. If you are aware of any such activities, you may 660a08adb384a2cbaa8cfa36 with supporting evidence.
