    No Onselling Campaign

    ActiveSG members are reminded NOT TO use bots to book facilities on our platforms, nor engage in onselling, subletting or assignment of booked slots.

    Definitions

    • Onselling - selling your booked slot to another party
    • Subletting - leasing out part of or all of your booked slot to another party
    • Assignment - transferring the use of your booked slot to another party

    Use of automated software scripts (bots) to book facilities on our platforms is also prohibited.

    Exploitation of our booking system, onselling, subletting and assignment of slots are infringements of ActiveSG’s Terms of Use. We will exercise our rights to cancel all bookings and suspend the account of any member who has been found doing so. There will be no refund of booking fees for cancellations under such circumstances.

    Suspension period will last up to 6 months for the first-time violators and a second infringement will result in permanent termination of your account. This policy is effective from 1 July 2023.

    SportSG is committed to keep the booking system fair, transparent and affordable to all ActiveSG members. We seek your cooperation to not purchase from onsellers of ActiveSG facility slots. If you are aware of any such activities, you may write in to us with supporting evidence.
