CALL FOR PARTNERSHIP TO CONTRIBUTE TO ACTIVESG'S ECOSYSTEM

ActiveSG is an all-inclusive national movement for sports, by Sport Singapore (SportSG), designed to be a lifestyle destination for Singaporeans to live better through sports and a platform to extend our sporting reach to the community, with facilities available island-wide and member privileges offered to all ages and abilities. Today, ActiveSG manages facilities across over 35 locations in Singapore and serving a community of over 2 Million members ranging from all age groups.

Over at ActiveSG, we aim to organise meaningful activities and events to encourage community sports participation, and we strongly believe that working with valuable partners can create a stronger impact with long-term sustainability to better serve the public.

Objectives:

The purpose of this Call for Partnership is to reach out to like-minded businesses who would be interested to contribute back to the sports community through donations and sponsorships in the form of cash and/or value-in-kind. Some of ActiveSG key events which you can be a part of, and contribute to includes (but not limited to):

ActiveSG Day, an annual celebration held in April/May, in commemoration of all the support and contributions from all valued members, volunteers, tenants, partners and staffs since 2014. As well as, Pesta Sukan, where we celebrate the lead up to National Day as part of our marquee event, GetActive! Singapore, through a series of competitions in over 30 sports held from July to August.

We are looking for suitable partner(s) to provide for the following non-exhaustive list of necessary operational resources such as, Food & Beverage, Event Kit, Advertising spaces, Prizes, Venue, Sunscreens and so on.

ActiveSG is looking to work with like-minded businesses who can provide vending and/or un-manned solutions for the sale of gym towels only, at ActiveSG Sport Centres, with the intent to provide convenience and accessibility to guests.

Partnership period:

To commence in Q2 2024, for a period of 2 years with the option to extend by 1 additional year at the discretion of SportSG.

Proposals are to be submitted by hand at SportSG HQ Tender Box D in a sealed envelope and prominently marked as: -

[CLOSED] INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE SALE OF USED VENDING MACHINES AT SPORT SINGAPORE'S SPORT FACILITIES

SportSG is sourcing for offers for the sale of 44 used vending machines that are located at various ActiveSG Sport Centre facilities. These machines were previously used for storage and sale of merchandise items for an average term of 1 to 1.5 years.
