CALL FOR PARTNERSHIP (LICENCE) TO DEPLOY, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN KIDDY RIDES AND/OR POWER BANK RENTAL AT SPORT SINGAPORE FACILITIES

ActiveSG is looking to work with like-minded businesses interested in providing the following services to the sporting community:

(1) Kiddy ride services; and/or

(2) Power bank rental or charging services.

*Vendors can choose to participate in 1 or both projects. Vendors who choose to participate in both projects shall submit 2 separate proposals with its respective information and documents required.

**SportSG reserves the right and discretion to award the partnerships in whole or in part to one or more partners, or to no partner at all.

Opening Date:

Monday, 19 October 2026

Partnership period:

Target to commence 1 January 2027, for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 3 years at the discretion of SportSG.

Submission:

Proposals are to be submitted by hand at SportSG HQ Tender Box D in a sealed envelope and prominently marked as: -

CALL FOR PARTNERSHIP TO CONTRIBUTE TO ACTIVESG'S ECOSYSTEM

ActiveSG is an all-inclusive national movement for sports, by Sport Singapore (SportSG). Designed to be a lifestyle destination for Singaporeans to live better through sports, with facilities available island-wide for all ages and abilities. Today, ActiveSG manages facilities across more than 40 locations in Singapore and serving a community of over 2 Million members ranging from all age groups.

Over at ActiveSG, we aim to organise meaningful activities and events to encourage community sports participation, and we strongly believe that working with valuable partners can create a stronger impact with long-term sustainability to better serve the public.

Objectives:

The purpose of this Call for Partnership is to reach out to like-minded businesses who would be interested to contribute back to the sporting community through donations and sponsorships in the form of cash and/or value-in-kind. Some key events which you can be a part of, and contribute to includes (but not limited to):

Pesta Sukan, where we celebrate the lead up to National Day as part of our marquee event, GetActive! Singapore, through a series of more than 30 sports competitions held from July to August. As well as various community-based and outreach event including Sport Carnivals where members are gathered to celebrate key milestones such as National Day, ActiveSG Anniversary, etc.

We are looking for suitable partner(s) to provide for the following non-exhaustive list of resources such as:

As a form of appreciation to your company's contribution, we can explore sponsorship benefits such as logo exposure on collaterals, booth space at event site, etc. subjected to final approval.
