ActiveSG to Introduce New Membership and Booking Platform, MyActiveSG+, in June

Get ready to elevate your ActiveSG experience! ActiveSG, Sport Singapore’s (“SportSG”) mass participation arm, has announced the launch of MyActiveSG+, a refreshed web-based membership and booking platform, coming your way on 15 June.

To encourage onboarding to the new platform, all Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident members will receive an one-time top up of $10 ActiveSG Anniversary Credits simply by logging in to MyActiveSG+ between 15 June and 31 August. It's our way of saying thank you for joining us on this exciting journey.

Say goodbye to the old and hello to the new! Based on invaluable feedback from our community, we're bidding farewell to the old Membership Management System and embracing a sleek, modern platform that's all about simplicity and convenience.

So, what's in it for you? Let's take a sneak peek at some of the awesome features waiting for you:

1. Singpass app verification: Seamlessly sign up and log in using Singpass, ensuring a hassle-free experience while preventing multiple accounts and leveling the playing field for everyone.
2. Peak hour facility ballot: Our new balloting feature ensures fairness by offering 24-hour access to peak hour bookings.
3. User-friendly interface: Navigate effortlessly through MyActiveSG+ with its responsive design, optimised for smooth browsing whether you're on your phone or desktop.
4. (Coming Soon) Connect with your kids: Link your children under 15 to your account as supplementary members, all through Singpass!
5. (Coming Soon) Refunds and cancellations: We've heard you! Keep an eye out for our upcoming feature that makes refunds and cancellations a breeze.
