1st Singapore Indoor Rowing Championships

Who's this for?

Everyone.

Students, weekend warriors, gym rats, (functional) fitness junkies, CrossFitters, erg monsters, recreational/club rowers, all athletes of all levels - anyone interested in breaking a sweat.

What are the races?

• Relays: 4 x 2min, teams of 2 men + 2 women (open)
• Individual: 500m, men's and women's (open)
• Individual: 2000m, men's and women's (open)

Why take part?

For 2k champions: Trophies and major bragging rights

For podium finishes: Medals

For all participants: T-shirts, lucky draw entries (top prize: a Concept2 RowErg!), and a huge serving of endorphins.
