JOIN US FOR A 5KM ROUTE WITH A 5KG BACKPACK.

Rucking is a form of low-impact exercise that entails walking while carrying a weighted backpack. 5kg is the load we have chosen to carry at our Ruckathon. Yet for many of our beneficiaries and their caregivers, the loads on their shoulders are not for them to choose.

From dealing with financial stressors, mental health concerns, and frailty issues to caregiving challenges, these burdens can be too heavy to bear on their own.

Through the Ruckathon, we hope to rally the community together to show our support by carrying weighted backpacks that represents our beneficiaries' burdens - symbolising the sharing and lightening of their troubles and loads.
