Parasport360: Discover Powerchair Football

Experience a fast-paced & dynamic version of football using specialised electric wheelchair!
Players use specialised electric wheelchairs, called powerchairs, to play a modified version of soccer. Foot guards are attached to the front of the powerchairs, allowing players to kick the ball.
Who can play Powerchair Football?
Powerchair Football is particularly suitable for persons with physical impairment such as
- Muscular dystrophy
- Cerebral palsy
- Quadriplegia
- Spinal cord injury
- Multiple sclerosis
- General muscle weakness
Things to note:
Participant will have to transfer out of his/her wheelchair to the powerchair (electric wheelchair) to play the sport. It would be highly recommended to have a parent/caregiver around to help with the transfer. We have staff & volunteers present to assist.
Free shuttle (including wheelchair accessible transfer) is provided between Boon Keng/Paya Lebar MRT station (TBC) and Handicaps Welfare Association. We will be in contact with you to confirm your shuttle slot.
As Powerchair Football is conducted outdoors, the session may be postponed if weather conditions are unfavorable.
