Sunday Morning Flow Yoga
Rise and shine in nature to feel revitalised! This session is suitable for beginner level or regular yoga practitioners.
You will move fluidly with your breath in this 1-hour Vinyasa flow class. Leave feeling energetic for the week! This session is suitable for beginner level or regular yoga practitioners.
We will meet at the Gazebo at Fort Canning Green at 8.50am and begin the session at 9am. Please come dressed comfortably.
How to prepare
1. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
2. Bring your own mat, water bottle, insect repellent and a smile.
3. Please be punctual as a courtesy to everyone joining the class.
