I have a valid pass. How do I enter the pool or gym if I did not bring my mobile phone?

If you don’t have your mobile phone, you can also share your mobile or NRIC number with staff, or scan the barcode of your physical ID (NRIC, driver's license, PAssion card, student pass) for verification instead.

 

If you’re a Singapore citizen aged 65 and above, simply present an ID with citizenship and date of birth to staff to enter the pool or gym for free. You will not need to buy a pass.

My child is under 15 years old. How will they use passes I purchase for them?

First, link your child under Linked accounts in the Menu.

 

Once you’ve linked and purchased passes for them, your child can enter the gym or pool by either:

 

  • Showing the valid pass on MyActiveSG+ to pool or gym staff;
  • Scanning their bus or student card; or
  • Sharing your NRIC or mobile number with staff for verification
