On 18 April 2022, the combined team of Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) / Anglo-Chinese Junior College (ACS(I)/ACJC), defeated St. Andrew's Junior College (SAJC) 15-7, to claim 3rd place in the Boys' A Division Water Polo campaign of the National School Games (NSG). En route to their 3rd place win, ACS(I)/ACJC fell 8-5 to Hwa Chong Institution in the qualifying rounds. That was followed by the ACSians' 21-6 victory over SAJC, and a close 8-7 defeat by Raffles Institution.

A year later at the ongoing NSG, it was a rematch of the ACSians and the Saints at Our Tampines Hub on 3 April. The former put on a sterling display and powered their way to the 3rd place showdown, after a 24-10 win. And in the fight for the bronze medal against SAJC on 5 April, the ACSians took down the Saints 21-11.
