SEA Games 2025: Day 8 mid-day update

It is Day 8 of the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand.
Here’s a snapshot of Team Singapore in action so far as of 1pm:
Shooting
Singapore’s air rifle shooters clinched a gold medal in the women’s 50m Rifle 3 Position team event.

Adele Tan, Martina Amos and Jasmine Ser combined to post a score of 1717, setting a new Games Record en route to gold.
Tan also qualified for the eight-strong final with a Games Record of 580, and will be in action in the individual final at 3.30pm Singapore time.
Pencak Silat
Dhani Andika Bin Razali took silat's first gold medal of the 33rd SEA Games, taking the title in the men's tanding under-45kg event.

He beat Indonesia's Mustakim Khoirudin 41-21.
In the men's Class I (85-90kg) event, Sheik Ferdous Bin Sheik Alau'ddin was beaten 26-5 by Vietnam's Duy Tuyen Nguyen to take silver.
Triathlon
Already bronze medallists at these games, the men’s triathlon team of Bryce Chong, Luke Chua and Tey Yi Jun are now also silver medallists.

The trio teamed up in the men’s relay, finishing in 1hr 4min 15.19sec to finish second.
In the women’s team relay, Herlene Yu, Lim Wan Ting and Kathlyn Yeo crossed the finish line in 1:12:00.27 to take a bronze medal.
Table Tennis
Ser Lin Qian and Loy Ming Ying were beaten 3-1 by Thai opponents Tamolwan Khetkhuan and Jinnipa Sawettabut in the women’s doubles semi-finals. They will take a joint bronze.
