Launched in 2017, Active Health is Sport Singapore's dedicated health and wellness initiative operating under the Sport Development Group. At Active Health, we believe that everyday habits can make a big difference to your well-being. As part of Sport Singapore, we’re here to empower you to take charge of your health—one step at a time. Whether you are aiming to increase your physical activity, make healthier food choices, manage screen time or develop healthy sleep habits, our holistic approach helps you to build a healthier lifestyle that lasts.

It encompasses more than just exercise—it's about understanding your body's needs and maintaining them through regular movement, proper nutrition, and adequate rest. Active Health focuses on promoting active and healthy living across four key domains: physical activity, nutrition, screen time, and sleep.

Move Better
Any level of physical activity is better than none. Break up prolonged sedentary periods and mix up your daily activities of various intensity to reap substantial health benefits. Moving more is associated with benefits such as decreasing risk of developing chronic diseases, raising daily energy levels, improving productivity at work and minimizing the risk of injury.
