    Explore our beta web-based booking site for a fairer ActiveSG experience.

    We are levelling the playing field for facility booking by introducing:

    • Singpass login - so that you are not competing with bots for slots
    • Ballot system - where selected peak hour slots are randomly allocated

    Frequently Asked Questions

    There is a high demand for peak hour slots, and we want to level the field and let everyone have an equal chance to get a slot that they desire. This system will also allow you more time to choose and ballot a slot for better experience.

    No. The credits issued for the beta test is solely for use within the beta version and cannot be used on other bookings in the ActiveSG app.

    Yes. The slots that you book in the beta are actual slots for public usage. They have been moved over from the ActiveSG app for the duration of the beta test, and you can use the facilities like any other regular bookings.

    No, all slots available in the beta are actual booking slots for you to play at our facilities, hence they will not be available at our ActiveSG app. This is to prevent double bookings.

    You can ballot for slots exactly 14 days in advance (e.g. slots on a Saturday will be open for balloting on the Saturday two weeks before the actual usage date). Slots will be released at 12pm.

    Non-peak hour slots are released for booking 12 days in advance on a first-come-first-served basis. Slots will be released at 12pm.

    You will be notified of the ballot result via SMS starting from 10am on the next day. If you are successful, you have until 11.59pm on the same day to make payment and secure your booking.

    All unpaid slots will be released for public booking on a first-come-first-served basis at 12pm, 12 days before the actual usage date.

    No. We require all users to register an account with their mobile numbers as we will be sending out notifications via SMS only.

    No. Members of public are required to use their Singpass account to login to the beta site.
