The programme rundown is as follows

 

Warm Up Exercise

30 seconds per exercise

  1. Light walk with shoulder rotation
  2. Slow march on the spot with arm rotation
  3. High knee march

Workout for the Day

2 rounds of 45 seconds per exercise with 20 seconds of active recovery

  1. Star Jumps
  2. Bicycle Crunch
  3. Underhand Claps
  4. Lunge and Push
  5. Double Tap and Squat
  6. Floor Sweeps

 

Cool Down Exercise

40 seconds per exercise

  1. Deep Breathing
  2. Standing Calf Stretch
  3. Standing Quad Stretch
  4. Seated Hamstring Stretch
  5. Seated Figure of 4
