Registration Deadline: 30 April 2026

A Coach’s Guide to Building Mental Toughness is a highly interactive workshop designed to help coaches develop athletes who can perform under pressure, stay focused, and respond positively to challenges. Through hands‑on activities, real‑world scenarios, and practical coaching tools, participants will learn how to identify key behavioural indicators of mental toughness and apply simple mental skills techniques within everyday training sessions.
