Big news for pickleball fans or anyone looking for a fun new way to stay active!

Come early 2026, the sheltered waiting area at Little India Bus Terminal will be transformed into Singapore’s newest pickleball hub, featuring eight brand-new courts.

With the terminal only operating on Sundays, the space offered an opportunity to be put to good use for the rest of the week. This initiative, led by Sport Singapore in partnership with LTA, aims to bring sport right into the heart of the city, giving more people access to active spaces close to home.

Pickleball has taken Singapore by storm in recent years - it’s fast-paced yet easy to pick up, making it a favourite among players of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned player, these new courts will be a great spot to serve, volley, and rally with friends.

You’ll be able to book the courts via MyActiveSG+, and yes, you can use your ActiveSG credits too! Balloting will apply for peak-hour sessions (open 14 days in advance), while off-peak slots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The courts will be available for booking from Monday to Saturday. The terminal operates as a bus facility on Sundays 

Do I need to ballot for the courts?

Balloting will only be implemented for peak hour slots, and will open 14 days in advance. Non-peak hour slots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Can I use my ActiveSG credits to book these courts?

Yes, you can use your ActiveSG credits to book these facilities.

Can I use the courts for other sports such as badminton?

These courts are specifically designed and designated for pickleball. For other sports like badminton, please check MyActiveSG+ for alternative SportSG facilities in the area.
