Growing stronger coach-parent connections through shared understanding, care, and collaboration.
As part of International Women's Day (IWD), CoachSG presents the IWD workshop!
Strong parent–coach relationships play a key role in shaping positive sporting experiences for young athletes. This workshop supports coaches in building effective partnerships with parents through clear communication, greater self-awareness, and purposeful conversations.
This interactive session includes shared discussions, a Q&A segment, and practical takeaways that coaches can apply in their everyday environments. Coaches will come away with simple tools and greater confidence to engage parents constructively and create positive, collaborative relationships that support athlete development.
Led by our Speakers, Khairina Mohd (ActiveSG Athletics Club Head Coach) & Nicole Garrido, National Coach of the Short-track Speed Skating Team
