Coach Wellbeing : Finding Balance in your Coaching Journey
Supporting coaches to find balance, recharge, and thrive in sport.
This interactive workshop focuses on wellbeing as a key driver of performance in sport for coaches.
The session highlights common challenges such as burnout, emotional fatigue, stress, and performance pressure. It explores the connection between coach wellbeing and how leadership behaviours directly influence athlete resilience, motivation, behaviours, and psychological safety.
Participants will gain insight into practical strategies to support their own well-being including self-awareness, recovery, boundaries, and reflective coaching practices while creating environments where athletes feel supported, focused, and able to perform at their best.
