Haze Advisory (as of 17 Oct, 12am)

Due to the evolving haze situation, SportSG has implemented precautionary measures to safeguard the well-being of our facility users.

All ActiveSG sport facilities will resume operations on 17 October 2026, according to their respective operating hours.

Visitors are advised to monitor prevailing air quality conditions and adjust their activities accordingly. Vulnerable groups, including seniors, children and individuals with existing health conditions, are encouraged to exercise extra caution when participating in outdoor activities.

SportSG will continue to monitor the haze situation closely and adjust operations where necessary.

Game for Life Practical Workshop: Developing Values & Character Through Sport

Learn about intentionally designing sport sessions to develop values and sports skills!

This practical workshop will equip participants with a deeper understanding of the necessary components required to intentionally design sporting activities that integrates the teaching of skills and values seamlessly.

The Game for Life approach is also recognised by the International Olympic Council as an Olympic Values Education Programme (OVEP).

Participants will experience :

- Practical demonstration of sport session integrated with values

- Principles and concepts of the GFL Framework

- Session planning & micro-coaching to integrate values within training activities

- Collaborating and networking with coaches from other sports
