Seniors National Games
About the Seniors National Games
The Seniors National Games is a national competition designed to inspire active lifestyles amongst Singapore's senior community. We believe it is fun to be active through the power of sport. We aim to create positive change and provide meaningful competition opportunities that keep seniors engaged in regular physical activity.
Beyond competition, the Games nurture a supportive and vibrant community by creating volunteering opportunities, and offering adaptive sports and other enjoyable sporting activities. This holistic approach ensures seniors can continue to experience the physical, mental, and social benefits of staying active—while having fun along the way.

A Celebration of Active Ageing Through Sport
The inaugural Seniors National Games (SNG) is a key highlight of the National Celebration of Seniors (NCOS), marking an important milestone in promoting active and healthy ageing in Singapore. The Games unfold in two exciting phases: Zonal Heats and the Finals. The SNG Finals will serve as a signature highlight, coinciding with the NCOS opening ceremony to celebrate our seniors' achievements on a national stage.
Community Partnership
Active Ageing Centres (AACs) play a pivotal role by organising community-based play sessions and selecting representatives from their centres. Supported by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), which provides the main network to reach seniors through AACs, this grassroots approach ensures mass participation and fosters strong community connections through sport.
Our Vision
The SNG aims to inspire seniors nationwide to embrace an active lifestyle through adaptive sports, creating positive change and lasting motivation. By providing competition opportunities, we aim to sustain seniors' interest in physical activity and promote healthy living.
