SEA 7s

The SEA 7s comprises of the National Rugby teams of South East Asia to compete for a Final spot in the National Stadium

The SEA 7s is a Regional Rugby tournament held on the 2nd and 3rd of May at Jurong West Stadium, with the finals played at the National Stadium on the 3rd of May. 

Men's and Women's teams from South East Asia and an invitational team from Chinese Taipei will compete for a spot to play the finals at the National Stadium. It is held along with the HSBC Singapore Sevens which will be played from the 3rd to 5th of May at the National Stadium.
