Strong Communities matter. Come walk, connect and be part of something bigger with SPD and SOS on Saturday, 19 Sept 2026
This year, SPD and Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) are jointly organising
the inaugural SparkAbility 2026: A Walk for Change on
Saturday, 19 September to raise awareness for disability inclusion and suicide
prevention.
Disability and mental health challenges remain misunderstood and
stigmatised. Persons with disabilities may face isolation, stigma and mental health challenges, while individuals struggling with suicidal ideation may suffer silently without timely support. Through SparkAbility 2026, we hope to shine a light on the shared need for belonging, connection and compassionate care, strengthening support networks that promote inclusion, mental wellbeing and hope.

📍 Venue: The Meadow, Gardens by the Bay
