As such, maintaining muscle mass and strength through resistance exercise is essential for our health and wellbeing. A holistic approach to resistance training helps to promote functional benefits allowing us to continue engaging in our favourite activities – even as we age. In this experiential Fitspo series, you will learn how to build a resistance training programme specific to your needs.

Feedspo

A healthy balance between fat and muscle is vital for wellness with scientific evidence showing that an ideal body composition can increase your life span, reduce risk of chronic illnesses and increase energy levels. Feedspo will provide evidence-based nutrition knowledge to improve your body composition and increase your well-being so that you can start making healthier food choices to improve your body composition outcomes.

Mass workout

Regardless of your fitness ability, you will benefit from moving more. During our Mass Workout, you get to try out some of the most popular classes such as Zumba, K Kardio Dance, Pilates and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga targeting to improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, flexibility and mobility. With the variety of exercise classes, you will not only be a step closer to achieving the Singapore Physical Activities Guidelines, but also maintain or improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and mobility.
