A 1-hour Active Health nutrition and cook-along session that helps participants better understand diabetes, one of the most common chronic conditions in Singapore. Learn how lifestyle habits influence diabetes risk, and gain practical strategies to support prevention and management through healthier food choices. Suitable for individuals aged 18 and above seeking to manage diabetes or improve overall health.
 

Duration: 60 minutes

Note: Participants may join Part 1 and/or Part 2 workshops independently. Please bring a clean, reusable container for taking home your prepared food (helping us reduce waste together).
