Weight & Hypertension Management (1)
A 1-hour Active Health nutrition and cook-along session that equips participants with practical diet and lifestyle strategies to manage weight and blood pressure. Learn how energy balance affects weight, ways to reduce excessive sodium intake, and simple, sustainable dietary changes to support long-term health. Suitable for individuals aged 18 and above aiming to manage weight, hypertension, and/or improve health.
