A 1-hour Active Health nutrition and cook-along session that debunks common diet myths and fad diets often linked to weight gain and high blood pressure. Learn what truly works for sustainable weight management and hypertension control, and discover practical eating strategies you can apply in everyday meals. Suitable for individuals aged 18 and above aiming to manage weight, hypertension, and/or improve health.
