Silat, also known as Pencak Silat, is a traditional martial art form that originated in Southeast Asia, primarily in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. It is a comprehensive martial art that encompasses self-defense techniques, striking, grappling, weapons training, and cultural elements.
