Basics of Meal Planning
A 1-hour Active Health nutrition and cook-along session exploring how a balanced diet and key macronutrients support daily health. Participants will learn practical hydration tips and set sustainable personal nutrition goals. Suitable for individuals aged 18 and above seeking to improve overall health and well-being.
