Eat Better for Greater Energy & MSK related conditions
A 1-hour Active Health nutrition and cook-along session focused on daily protein and calcium needs to support muscle and bone health. Participants will learn practical ways to increase intake, overcome common barriers, and set sustainable nutrition goals. Suitable for adults aged 60 and above, as well as those seeking to maintain bone strength, mobility, and nutritional well-being.
Duration: 60 minutes
