Meal Planning for Active Individuals
A 1-hour Active Health nutrition and cook-along session focused on meal planning to support an active lifestyle. Learn how to fuel training and daily movement with the right balance of energy, macronutrients, and timing to improve performance, recovery, and consistency. Suitable for individuals aged 18 and above.
Duration: 60 minutes
