Rugby 7s (seven-a-side) and 10s (ten-a-side) are fast-paced, played on a full-sized pitch, focusing on space, speed, and fitness. 7s is known for its high-scoring, carnival-style tournaments (7-min halves). 10s is a hybrid format (10-min halves) , allowing for more tactical forward play while remaining faster than the traditional game.
