Begin your fitness journey with body composition assessment to find out what to start working on. Beginner friendly programmes that are suitable for those starting a new routine or getting back to exercises after a break.
Pre/Post Exercise Snack
A 1-hour Active Health nutrition and cook-along session exploring how nutrition and hydration support exercise. Participants will learn how to fuel appropriately before, during, and after workouts, while setting sustainable personal nutrition goals. Suitable for individuals aged 18 and above aiming to optimise performance and recovery.
Duration: 60 minutes
Allergen information: Contains egg, fish, and soy.
