Wushu is a traditional Chinese martial art that has developed over centuries. It is also commonly referred to as Chinese Kung Fu. Wushu encompasses a wide range of fighting styles, techniques, and forms, and it is deeply rooted in Chinese culture and philosophy.

Competitive wushu involves practitioners performing choreographed routines known as forms or taolu, which consist of a series of movements and techniques.
